The ceremony and reception hosted at Heavenly Mountain Resort’s mountainside Lakeview Lodge. The Lakeview lodge can only be accessed via the aerial tram. Private vehicles and off road vehicles are unable to access the lodge.

Guests may load onto the aerial tram up to 45 minutes before the ceremony begins and must board the aerial tram 15 minutes prior to ceremony start

Guests who arrive late will NOT be allowed access to the aerial tram and will miss the ceremony. The tram will reopen 10-15 minutes after the ceremony ends and access will be granted so you may join cocktail hour and reception.

Yes! Please let us know if you have any accessibility needs we can share with the venue staff so that they may accomdate you appropriately.

August in Lake Tahoe is usually quite nice, however it can vary during the day between 65-80 degrees. The lodge is located at 8500 feet above sea level. Due to the elevation, sunscreen and hydration are highly recommended! Temperatures can drastically decrease after sunset, jackets are recommended.
